Our primary goal is always to make you happy. If within 30 days you're not completely satisfied for whatever reason, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange it-- no questions asked. Upon receipt, you will receive a prompt & cheerful full refund, exchange, or credit as you wish. How to send a return Print out an RMA or Return Materials Authorization slip from your account for quick & easy returns. This creates an automatic paperwork trail & notifies us to expect your package. Send your return back by whatever shipping method you prefer. Andzia's Amber is not responsible for any return shipping charges (unless we've made a mistake, in which case we'll send you a pre-paid return label or adjust your account). Where to send a return Returns & exchanges: Returns In the unlikely event you receive goods damaged either in transit or otherwise damaged, Andzia's Amber must be notified in writing or via telephone of the specific damage within 72 hours of receipt so we can take appropriate & timely action. We recommend purchasing insurance &/or Delivery Confirmation
services to protect your interests should something get lost in the
mail. Retain your receipt & do not discard until we have confirmed
your return. All products must be returned in the original state they were received. We are unable to accept products that have been modified by a 3rd party jeweler, altered or have visible wear (for example are heavily scented by perfume). Such items will not be accepted for refunds. Gift Returns If you received a gift from our company which you wish to return, the amount must be redeemed as store credit. We are unable to issue cash or credit to anyone except the cardholder. You may exchange items of course. What to expect from the return process Once we receive your return, your funds will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited within ten business days of receipt, usually within a day or so. Credit card purchases can only be credited to the same card. Delivery & any associated charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds are applied to any unpaid balances first. Note about insurance: Returns should be insured- this protects you. We recommend adding Delivery Confirmation. If an item never arrives back to us, we are unable to issue a refund or exchange. Insurance will allow you to open a claim for the insured value of your package, starting at about $1.30. ----- Failure to provide timely notice of damage may negatively impact our ability to issue a refund. While we can't control what happens to items once in transit, we can help if something goes wrong. Please alert us as soon as you should you encounter any issues.
----- Extended Holiday Returns Returns outside the 30 day parameter are not accepted, no exceptions unless by prior arrangement. We typically offer extended holiday returns every year from Nov. 15 to Dec. 25th, the return policy is extended to January 30th. ----- Gift with Purchase Return Issues

All Gifts with Purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. If they are not, then the published value for the gift with purchase item is not refunded. To illustrate, let's assume you purchased an Amber pendant for $77.50. It ships to you with a bonus gift with purchase with a published retail price of $13.50.
