Like all truly great fashion, Elinor Cherry Amber Amulet Series II seems ancient, yet never seen before all at the same time. These are just a little more oval & less oblong than the similar design, Elinor I.
This timelessness arises from the simplicity of a few artfully combined elements: a thick, hand hammered sterling silver disc set with a stunning & perfectly smooth cherry amber cabochon. The stone is lightly polished to showcase luxurious cherry amber colors: crimson, carmine, sangria.
An amber jewelry style that speaks of self-confidence-- bold, distinctive silver & plentiful amber. This amber has a high profile, rising up to a half inch, or it may be a bit flatter as each is artisan crafted around an individual piece of amber. Terrific dimpled texture on the amulet extends into the bale.
Open construction allows light to strike through the amber gemstone, lighting up with warm cherry hues which change as the light changes.
