Details   Palomino Rough Amber Buttons--Lightweight, uncommon color in antique & butterscotch shades of amber. Wonderful texture provided by the lightly webbed amber cortex left intact. This marvelous material is usually refined out of most Baltic amber that is turned into jewelry forms. It is also known affectionately as amber "bark" or amber "skin." Each pair is different in that it may have a bark that looks like sugar crystals, or may have pockets & dimples of rich color bands in this wonderful color.
