|Do you ship to my country?|
|We ship to a wide range of countries regularly, including primarily the UK, Canada, NZ & AU.
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During sign-up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country.
If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. To ask about possible exceptions, please email us.
Any potential customs or duties charged by one's home country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We ship via Global Priority Mail, generally a 15 business day minimum service.
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the secure checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options - Paypal, V, MC, D & Amex- and continue to place your order. We strongly prefer & recommend Paypal for international payments. At times we may only be able to accept Paypal from confirmed address accounts. Orders over $100 USD may be required to be sent with a trackable level of service, which can result in higher shipping charges.
Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
Global Priority Mail to most countries starts at about $9.00 USD. Contact us to arrange higher levels of service.
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
|What is the return policy?|
|A 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all purchases. Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy. International returns have 45 days for returns. They MUST be returned via a trackable package service, no exceptions.|
