|What is your sale / price adjustment policy?|
|We frequently use time sensitive offers (sales, gifts with purchase, free shipping & other value added promotional offers) to deliver the best value to our customers. Should an identical item you purchase go on sale within 7 days from the date your order was placed, we will honor the sale price. We must receive such requests via email with your order number within 7 days, so we both have a record.
Please understand that due to the nature of gift with purchase offers, gifts with purchase may not be available after the original offer period is over, they designed to sell out. Unfortunately Andzia's Amber is not able to incur any additional shipping charges to ship such items should they be available or to offer a cash equivalent or a discount to any gift with purchase items that may be out of stock in the event of a price adjustment request. At our discretion we may (or may not) offer a modest store credit in such a situation. Thank you for your understanding.
|Do I have to pay sales tax?|
|Sales tax is currently only charged to Pennsylvania residents at the rate of 6%.|

|I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.|

|When will my credit appear on my account?|
|Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). It may take two billing cycles for the refund to appear. We send a one time notification to inform you that we have processed your refund.|
|When will my credit card be charged?|
|Your credit card is authorized when you make a purchase and charged as we finalize the shipment.|
